Mrs. Shawn Sotolongo is the owner of a Marble Slab Creamery in Land O' Lakes, Florida. In her role, Shawn Sotolongo leverages her managerial experience toward store management, marketing, promotions, budgeting and projections, hiring and training, catering operations, and business development. Shawn Sotolongo has been instrumental in the store's growth, leading it to the earning of the prestigious "training store designation." This designation, only one of a few in Florida, marks the store as a qualified training area for new franchisees. In addition to the business aspect of running a Marble Slab Creamery store, Mrs. Shawn Sotolongo is heavily involved in reaching out to the community with special events and promotions through her store. Shawn Sotolongo has organized a multitude of events including events with local charities and fundraisers with local schools. Additionally, Mrs. Sotolongo has donated free ice cream to members of her church in order to boost morale in the economic downtime. Outside of work, Shawn Sotolongo donates to Toys for Tots, Metropolitan Ministries, and Hospice. Additionally, Shawn Sotolongo has participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life for the past four years. Shawn Sotolongo, a former cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins and the Tampa Bay Storm, enjoys living a healthy lifestyle. In addition to working out, Mrs. Sotolongo enjoys swimming, dancing, light weight training, practicing yoga and pilates, and the Latin-inspired Zumba workout. When she is not being active, Shawn Sotolongo enjoys going to the movies, going to church, and reading the works of Sandra Brown, Stephanie Meyer, and Tom Clancy.
